Just an old guy that has been involved with music for a lifetime, and I am looking for knowledge in recording. mixing, mastering for home studio's and of course some tracks to practice on. My home studio is not in a separate room so I can not treat it acoustically properly and I don't have the space to record a full band. I would really like to find a singer/song writer to work with. I am running Cockos Reaper for a DAW and I hate anything with a dongle!! I am a self employed Web Site Developer and PC Support Specialist so I can share my knowledge of computers on the forum. I have built every computer I have ever owned, aside from those that are given to me by clients that I can fix and use as needed.

what type of material are you into? (what kind of singer / songwriter are you looking for?)

I have Reaper, though I mainly use DP (I'm on a Mac)- was on ProTools for about 10 years before finally moving to another platform.
