convolution reverb

can some one explain breifly this impulse based reverb
and does anyone have any impulses they care to share so i can try this reverb out

they're triggered by an impulse....

aside from that- I don't use them, preferring the algorhythmic reverbs (I use IK's CSR, AIR and the stock Digi verbs

and plate is my favorite for the master, spring for instruments (and I have a spring reverb unit I can outboard things thru0
