no, no problems per se- I can notice a difference between using the digi 002R's clock as the master, versus clocking to the ADAT's... and having just upgraded the ADAT/mic pre's I can tell more of a difference
last night I had the bass player come over and we re-routed some of the inputs and got the new ADAT pre (Presonus D8)- I had 14 channels armed and with no playing/movement it was silent as can be in the headphones, except for the sound of our breathing (it was glorious!). Before I had a slight, but noticeable signal to noise "hiss" and with the digi's clock as the master it's more noticeable.
I spoken to several people in my area that have updated the word clock, a Black Lion Mod, Big Ben and they all say it's maid a big difference in clarity... I suppose it could be a bias to justify the cost... but I'm guess if there wasn't much of an advantage, everyone would use whatever clock came with their interface
