Still finding my way around these parts so if there is a forum or thread for this, toss me a link would you guys? My question is two fold. Is Propellerhead an instrument or a full blown recording system with sequencer and do I need to use Reason to get the most out of it, or do I need Reason at all? Secondly, I am a guitar player that would like to be able to set up as a one man band but my music has allot of time changes and I have to be able to trigger what I want Real Time. Can this be done? I see it done all the time with DJ's but I want the freedom of the stage and the control of the DJ guy. If anyone wants to discuss this, I will go into what my rig currently consists of and we can work out the midi options that are available to possibly make this happen. I wasn't nessesarily sold on Propellerhead, from what I understand Ableton live offers some interesting prospects as well. So I am open to your suggestions. Thanks
